Had a flat tire on the highway and brought my vehicle in unexpectedly. They were friendly and got me a great deal on 4 new tires and had them on by the time I got off work. I would highly recommend.
No communication and even when you leave your phone number after they promise to fix it while you wait it was 5 hours later when I finally stopped by to check on the progress and the manager was sitting in the office on the computer surfing the internet and just offered a lame excuse of I forgot to call you but never apologized... A business is no better than its manager and the number one key is to value your customers' TIME!!!
By far the best tire shop I've been to they do there best to get you in and back on the road as fast as possible great people to talk to if waiting for your car
It took them two days to mount a set (4) of forklift tires for me. It didn't seem like I was a valued customer.
They have a driver in a large wrecker type vehicle less than a car length away from the vehicle in front of them. This is at speeds of over 50 on a highway.
