Very friendly staff and explained everything they did to my car in detail Very fast service was out very fast and waiting area was very comfortable I would have to say the most comfortable I have ever seen I will be making heartland my new go to when I have issues with my car
Good communication and service!
Excessive wait times. Over an hour for an oil change when I was the first new customer of the day and waited in house for the service to be completed. Came back the next day for tires that they didn't have on hand. Waited over 2 hours for the new tires to be put on.
Was on my way out of town had a nail in my tire and they fixed it right away for me. Awesome service.
