Was fine in the beginning I was promised I would have enough solar panels to get credit and no bill except my payment for the panels A year later that is not the case I am having to pay 100pluss along with the solar payments!
We had the solar panels installed about 3 years ago. Several months ago, we noticed a couple of the panels sliding down and contacted the company. They came out and did some adjustments but those panels are not making electricity now. We were told they do not make the same hardware we have anymore but they would try to find a solution. Now when we call to check the status, our calls go straight to voice mail. Great Company! So easy to work with. They actually know what they’re talking about. Most knowledgeable company in the area! I highly recommend. Real professionals. I just sent a bill and they made me a package and took the time to explain everything. No surprises, no hidden fees, and very friendly. We are about to sign the contract for extra panels and a backup generator.
