I had a wonderful experience with Heartland Roofing on a full roof replacement. They were prompt, responsive, answered all of my questions, and did everything they said they would do. They also carry the proper insurance coverage including worker's compensation. If you are looking for a roof repair or replacement - they should be your first call.
Nathan and Heartland Roofing were wonderful. The crew showed up on time and went straight to work. Nathan communicated throughout the process including sending pictures so we could see what things looked like and what repairs needed to be done. They finished quickly and cleaned up leaving no proof they were even there. Nathan we extremely kind and helpful and would highly recommend him and his crew .
Scheduled 2 separate days for him to come out. The first was cancelled because his daughter was sick which I totally understand but the second he never even showed up for. Never called or emailed to let us know anything at all.
It's not often when you have to spend a lot of money that you feel good about it, let's be honest. But we were so taken care of from start to finish. Very competitive pricing, super nice individuals, a quick turn around to get our roof replaced and quality work! I'm glad we got the MANY recommendations to use Heartland and we will continue to recommend them to others!
