Buyer Beware. We went with Heartland, a higher cost option because we saw all these great reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was poor. The rep was all talk, little action. Had to ping him repeatedly to get him to do the "next thing". He always had excuses. ugh. When we had our roof replaced, the day of the job we left for a while to get out of the way.
