The visit itself was nothing but great service, but the bill I received several weeks later, was not. I had paid in full with card before I left that day, then several weeks later I received a bill claiming I had only paid part of my bill?! The receptionist gave me a receipt proving otherwise. If not for that, I would give this place a five-star rating!

Kate (Robinson) Stigall was disrespectful & judgmental. She jumped to bizarre conclusions based on limited information. Kate told me nothing was wrong, and the following day, I went to SIH and found out I had Mono — and had for weeks. I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the care my wife received at your facility this morning. She went in for treatment after our family, including myself and our 5-month-old baby, was diagnosed with strep and a cold. During her visit, she was tested for strep, RSV, and the flu, and about 45 minutes later, she was informed that all tests came back negative.
