They are always great with my kids.
My son needed a last-minute sports physical due to his current one being lost by the school between his transfer between junior and high school. The athletic director recommended this clinic and stated we could just pay a flat fee. I looked the clinic up online and saw that you are able to book online. I called and asked how busy they were/roughly how long the wait was. Went in to have my daughter checked for head lice. The provider was friendly, but she told me lice can jump—which isn’t true and was even listed as the second bullet point printed on the handout she provided. Lice only spread through direct head-to-head contact. That kind of misinformation made me question the accuracy of the whole visit as she said she’s been a nurse for over 35 years. Disappointing experience overall.
The visit itself was nothing but great service, but the bill I received several weeks later, was not. I had paid in full with card before I left that day, then several weeks later I received a bill claiming I had only paid part of my bill?! The receptionist gave me a receipt proving otherwise. If not for that, I would give this place a five-star rating!
