Bad service called to speak to agent but never heard from one.
We have now made two purchases using Patty Schultz as a realtor one was a sight unseen deal living out of state over 700 miles away and she was extremely flexible and very helpful. The second was some land in town and she was able to get us in to look at it same day and has been resourceful throughout the entire process. Kim Panell was incredible to work with! Kim helped my friends find a home and went the extra mileS to answer every question, walk every property line, and take extra trips for pictures. I spoke with several realtors in the Heartland Real Estate office, and they were all wonderful. I highly recommend Kim and the HRE team to anyone looking to buy or sell, as she represented both sides well.

We were in Hot Springs for a week with the goal of finding a home or land to purchase for retirement from Virginia. The woman working the fiber shop 2 doors down from Heartland Real Estate recommended Cathy Mosset saying that she was excellent and really listened and accommodated what the client is looking for.
