Great response time on maintenance issues. I was at the hospital for 3 weeks so myrent for March was almost 2 weeks late. Kris was pretty laid back about it. Honestly I thought I was going to get evicted by the time I got back home. Keep up the good work.

Recently I leased a property of Kris's 505 W Meadow Creek. I wanted to move in on the 1st of the month and pay my deposit the day I was approved, he insisted that he could have someone moved in before then so if I wanted the property I’d need to pay deposit and move in by the 15th (me needing somewhere to stay I complied). I meet with his assistant on the 15th of December to sign lease as I’m doing my final walkthrough I notice all of these problems that need to be addressed as far as the place needing to be cleaned properly... read more
I am a out of state home owner. I am very happy with Mr. Wold's response time and willingness to go the extra mile as needed. I had a couple bad experiences going it on my own and Heartland was recommended to me by a renter that chose not to sign with me at the time. Mr. Wold was able to find me a family that was a good fit for my home and I am looking forward to working with him in the future.
