I would like to give Heartland a stellar review, but unfortunately I never got to see if they were any good. I phoned about a month ago looking to have my laundry room drain unplugged. My call went to voicemail (a guy named Joe, I believe). I made the mistake of saying there was no rush...so I never received a call back. Not exactly the service promised on the website.
