Beautiful facility, passionate and friendly staff, and exceptional leadership.
Betty and the staff are great! The building is ran well, well cared for and is spacious and beautifully decorated. The food is nutritious and delicious and the nursing care is both kind and efficient. Betty is not only a super administrator but she is also an excellent chef and a knowledgeable and caring nurse and counselor. The only complaint I've ever heard came from a disgruntled employee that could not keep up with the level of excellence that is required to work in Ms Betty's building.

Head Nurse Betty is very rude and uncouth she does not care about the people under her supervision as I used to work there and have witnessed it 1st hand she treats not only her staffed but the clientele as well like complete scum please do not send your elderly family to this facility Heartland plaza/Featherstone is a great place just not an Ada and not why Betty is the head nurse
