Heartland plaza is a great place of seniors.My mother-in-law lived there for quiet some time and we loved it. It is very clean, beautiful decor and the staff was abslutely wonderful. I cant say enough about the care Nancy received.As for the familys remarks above about their 93 year old grandmother all I can think is maybe she nedeed more specialized care that what they were willing to pay for. Quality company with the same owners since the doors opened. Great staff that are there for the people not just a paycheck. With all of the large senior housing corporations popping up cookie cutter buildings across Oklahoma this one has the fortitude to take them on and survive but only in Oklahoma. Any one that has anything bad to say about this place has never locked horns with the big, cold, and uncaring corporate America clones that are only interested in taking care of one thing, their bottom line.

We had our 93 year grandmother in this living center, they leave people unattended in bed. Wed go to find her laying in urine, just to come back to find samething. The only thing we found that they work hard at is getting new patients
