RecommendedService is very prompt. They always remember who I am. They are always friendly and call me by name.
The Staff is not friendly and they don't have customer service skills. The staff need to be train on customer service and the way they talk to the clients. They have a job and a paycheck thanks to the customers the pharmacy have so think about that. I have done customer service for 10 years on different industries and definitely you guys don't have customer service. I hope this get fixed.
