The administration at this company is terrible. If you read reviews on indeed they come from the working staff in the office and are fake. They are not understanding or caring they only care about the money. It’s disgusting.
I worked for Heartland for 16 months. (2019-2021). The pay is far too low for the work that is required. I recieve SSI and state aid, so I was required to have proof of employment every 3 months. Every time that I sent the forms for verification, they were ignored, causing the loss of my state aid. I consider this to be Unacceptable treatment from a company that should be very well aware of the importance of state aid for it's clients, and and for it's (apparently not valued) EMPLOYEES.
