This is the worst place I have ever lived!!! If I could give no stars I would. So many rules!! Can't have a grill, can't plant flowers, can't have bird feeders, patio furniture only allowed during certain months etc etc etc. Front office staff is worthless, she's inadequate, she has no idea what shes doing, she lies if it benefits her, she picks and chooses what she wants to complain about. These have very nice rental units, allow pets however the city bus doesn't go past there. One will have to ride a bike to the bus stop or walk a mile to catch a bus. This isn't ideal for a senior without a car.
I love having a patio and all one floor. I have met so many people and have lots of new friends .
Nice homes for the elderly and disabled. Very serene quiet area, city living with country charm.
