They don't do the job they are paid to do. Our Mothers and Fathers, Sisters, Brothers are in this place and the don't give a damn if they live or die. If they fall out of bed they stay in the floor for hrs. It is unsanitary poop been on shower seat as well as nasty wipes from cleaning the lady up that shares the room with my mom two days in a row and took me asking nurses and director over and over to clean up human poop out of shower and off shower seat took 3 or 4 hrs before it was taken care of very sad. My dad had to call the police on them because of the neglect. He is there now and I'm pissed! Horrible place!
