Nursing staff non existent. Wait hours for a nurse when you push emergency button. Food is horrible No communication from facility. Do not use this facility
they won't let there patents and waive from thier own windows, they also cancel window vist due to being short staff with no notifications. I,m sorry but some of there patients haveint seen thier family for months so window costs are too important cancel due to be short staff

Some of the staff was good with my mom . I have to move her . I appreciate what the nurses do . The maintenance no the place needs updated painted . The furniture needs cleaned out the drawers there is mildew in my moms draw I found it today . I am sad the housekeeping needs to change . The new management made no attempt to help me at all over the billing . I’m sorry gotta go
I am so thankful for the staff at Heartland of Woodridge in Fairfield! Diane & Erica are the best! Thank you ladies for all of your help and patience as we worked to get Grandma situated! Words cannot express how happy you have made us all! Grandma loves it here! �
