Came here a couple months ago after being the the ICU for two weeks due to a traumatic accident no fault of mine. Besides being served food that looks like something you’d give a dog in a pound, or staff letting patients sit in their own pee because no one came after 20-30 minutes of ringing the call light, it’s atrocious here. From day one being here I was welcomed and staff gave me all the information I needed and staff knew who to direct me too. Therapy was great. I worked with Mark, John, and Dino and they helped me out so much! John had great sense of humor that I loved! I would recommend ProMedica for anyone who needs therapy.
The reason I choose ProMedica is because of the reviews and location. My mom is better now then when she was at home. She is very alert and doing well. Her mobility has increased significantly due to therapy. She didn’t want to leave and will miss it here!
Our overall experience was great. The staff were all very attentive, and the therapy was great at motivating my grandmother to regain her independence and return home.
I was treated very well. I was sent here for therapy and all the therapists helped me and were all very great!
