The Heartland team is a pleasure to work with! Scheduling was quick and efficient, our inspector (Lee) was very knowledgable, conducted a very thorough inspection, and helped us understand the issues with our next home. Lee provided a very detailed report and got it to us quickly. Great experience and would definitely hire them again!

The team at Heartland Home Inspections was great. Lee was incredible to work with. He showed up before the scheduled appointment, and got started right away. His work was extremely thorough, as well as his attention to detail and taking the time to explain his findings with us. He made sure to inform us of things that are a priority to be fixed vs things that would be beneficial to fix over time! I highly recommend and would use them again for any future inspections needed.
