We have worked with ProMedica Hospice several times utilizing their services for our clients, they have never let us down. They acted quickly and professionally, starting care without delay. They made our clients feel safe, cared for and met their needs before, during and after. Promedica hospice encompasses the truest values of hospice care. From the incredible nurses, to the office staff and administration; they all have the same goal-to provide quality comfort care in a timely manner to support patients and families when they need it most.
Lot of wonderful people working there but something is wrong with this organization in my opinion.
Had them 3x for mother who died in 2016. Care got progressively worse. Would not recommend.
Our Mom is in hospice with Heartland (Hospice), she has been with them for two weeks. So far we have had an excellent experience with the entire team. Every member of the team (Nurse, Social Worker, Spiritual Care Coordinator, Customer Service) is responsive, kind, and attentive to our family. I would recommend the Heartland Hospice group to everyone in this very challenging life situation.
