RecommendedTo be honest I did not notice this until I left work tonight...I was so tired and my head is dragging just feeling defeated and I looked down and saw this all over the front porch of Glade Avenue assisted living. I started to actually weep because it touched my heart that much thank you thank you Heartland Hosicpe!!
I have had the privelage as a private caregiver to work with some amazing people at hospice with various patients. I highly recommend them to anyone, I am sad that a couple of my favorites are gone. But I still have a pretty great team. Thanks for all you do Tracy, Kathy (DON) ,Brad, Shawn, Lois
