Many many thanks to Heartland Hospice of Irwin. PA! Our mother was under Heartland Hospice Care from March-April 2018 and our father from November 2018-April 2019. Heartland's compassion, love, care, and support to our parents (and us - the siblings) were exceptional. I can honestly say I am going to miss the friendships and bonds I formed with the nurses, aide, social worker, and bereavement team member. Thanks also to the chaplain for the visits, too!
