Beware. Once you close it is tedious to get them to honor their warranty. Also, it is extremely difficult to get them to complete items agreed to in the walk through. AC is ridiculously undersized and non functional and they gaslight me everytime. First my AC wasn't working because they claimed the filters needed to be replaced. Then my AC wasn't working because of a balance issue. Them it was not working because the system is only designed for an 88 degree day. Now the warranty is out. I have nothing but positive things to say about the people I worked with here (Heartland Homes at Markland Place). I accompanied my uncle and met with Stephanie Hawes to discuss build options. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and was so patient with us as we talked through the more specific needs and requests my uncle had. It was a great experience overall!
My husband and I are looking for a home in the NA school district and stopped in at this community. We were greeted with such kindness and everything was so beautiful.
Countless issues with the house. People stockpiling bags of garbage in their backyard like it’s a dump. Feel the lost of value after receiving the house
