Heartland Hospice of Columbus have been so kind and helpful to our resident's at all three of our homes. The nurses and aides are AMAZING. Anne Allenstein as well as others have helped us thru some tough times. Thank you Hearthland Hospice.
Heartland was the perfect fit for my Mom. They show great compassion and urgency when needed. We loved everyone that took care of my Mom and are so grateful that her last days were filled with love!
My family and I were very happy with the care provided to our parents by the Team at Heartland Hospice. The Team were very flexible and attentive to not only to their medical needs but to spiritual needs of the entire family. There was great communication between all involved and worked collaboratively providing care to our parents. Without this compassionate approach, our parents would not have been able to stay in their home until the end and we are eternally grateful.
Terrible experience. Disorganized, lack of communication, it was all awful. They made a heart-wrenching experience even worse.
I can't tell you how wonderful Heartland Hospice folks were in guiding our 95yo mom through her journey. Especially RN Anne: the perfect blend of compassion, understanding, knowledge, kindness and consideration. She's the reason we chose Heartland Hospice.
