My experience has been exceptional, from the staff manning the phones, to the response times getting back with you, to aides that come out daily(Brandon), to the nurses (Susan, Bill, Paige and Jeannie). If you by chance have any these people you will be taken care of. Thank to this crew you did a phenomenal job with dad.
DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TAKE CARE OF YOUR LOVED ONES!!!...If I could give them negative stars believe me I would...Their suppose to be taking care of my sick grandfather but instead wanting to let him suffer saying he would be better off not being resuscitated if something were to happen when there's no need for that at all...wish I had the nurses names in charge of taking care of him to warn other people but unfortunately I don't.
