My mom was in Home Hospice through Heartland and they were amazing throughout the entire process. From the case nurse to the social worker down to the volunteers they were all amazing. Her Case Nurse (Rebecca) was an angel and became more like family to us and my mom. She was available to us 24/7 and always provided straight and honest answers but with such compassion. She (and all of them) left a lasting memory with us until the end. God Bless this team of professionals
Amazing Hospice services. I can't express in words what the nurses, support staff, and aides did for my Mother. Even after my Mothers passing they were there to support our family. Thank you doesn't even cover it.
This place is not what they make it seem like. I wouldn’t recommend NOBODY TO work here they will hire you for full time but give u 2 to 3 people a day that not full time hours
At first it was a good and professional service...lasted about a week...till one nurse stole my medication...when I contacted the company and made them aware...they turned on me and treated me and acted as though I was the villian and cut my services off...at the end of the day...very dissapointing, terrible company
I have had to call twice in two weeks to complain. No shows for visits. promised phone calls that never are never made. The nurse has been the only consistent one with contact. The therapy people have been almost nonexistent. When my mom came to my house on a Sunday we were promised a call on Monday or Tuesday to set therapies up.
