DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BWB CONSTRUCTION - BARRY BARGER. Contacted BWB to build a home, and first they had to perform bridge work. They advised the cost would be $7k, and after removing access to the home site, advised that the cost would be $13K. Barry Barger (owner of BWB Construction), left large piles of concrete pipe debris as well as piles off mud /debris throughout the property, and created a mud slide, that they shared if I wanted them to fix with seed, would cost me an extra $400, which I had no choice but to do. These people were so sweet... unfortunately, they have shut the business down... due to a death in the family.. Please keep them in your prayers!!!!

4 months after setting our house it looks like this, promises, more disappointment than satisfaction. The first photo is how they wanted to leave it. Unpainted front porch. Bait and switch! Do not do business with these people, it is a nightmare. They said they were $80,000 over. They wanted to charge us to fix our fireplace before we even got occupancy, tried to charge to install a dryer vent in the laundry room. They were never here for inspections, most they failed.
