My parents recently moved to Iowa, and thought they'd hired the top notch local HVAC dealer to install their new Mitsubishi ductless A/c and heating equipment. Well, as it turns out , this Heartland Heating & Cooling company was far from professional, and turned a cold shoulder when my parents found several amateurish, and irregular moves by their installers. We used Heartland at previous new construction house for inspection service for years. When we moved into older home, we had Heartland replace furnace and AC with top of the line, including top of line filter including blue light as well as a humidifier because of the old woodwork/floors in home. The advisors/sales people are very friendly, but the installer was not. Fortunately his son was working with him who handled most of the conversation.
