Here is the simple version - Chris and the crew are AMAZING! About 6 months or so ago, I bought my second set of hearing aids from Chris. These were more along the lines of the "high speed, low drag" type of hearing aids (They're really good!). They easily connected into my Android phone, which means I can hear anything on "the outside" plus any notifications, etc. that come across the phone... including music. Chris is quite the gentleman and presents himself as a very talented professional. He has a very caring concerned attitude when he interacts with his customers.
Staff is friendly and was fitted with great hearing aids after he did a test to see what I needled
Wonderful experience. All questions were answered and I was very pleased with our visit.
The atmosphere is great, being a great listener is a +, and making me feel like a person, not an object.
