I have had to do business with this company since they first provided my bi-pap machine and they have been a constant disappointment! Never once have they provided parts or service in a timely fashion. Next to impossible to get through on the phone ( 27 minutes on hold today ) then I was told it would take a week to remotely change my settings! Had a heck of a time going through the hoops to get supplies. Biggest problem seems to be in talking to a real person on the phone. It feels like the automated phone system is seldom monitored. I have been unable to find an email address to contact the local Tucson office. It seems that the only way one can be sure of talking to a live person with certainty is to walk into the office on 3400 E. Speedway. Rather a nuisance if you live 30 + miles away. Customer service is lacking. Getting my machine was a hassle. They told me to come in because they had my machine and when I got there they find out they don't. They the ordered the wrong machine. Took over a month to get my machine. It's a hassle to have to go back and forth needlessly when you have a job and life to deal with. The atmosphere is laid back, a little too laid back at times. I was so afraid and frustrated at the very beginning because my machine wasn't ready on time and I was feeling that I was dying every night. When I went to pick it up, I met my respiratory therapist Frank Tarango who has been exceptional. He made me to regain the trustiness in this company and have made me feel that you guys really care for your patients.
