Great staff, lots of communication, easy parking Heartland communicates heavily when leading up to your appointment. You will get a few recorded message reminders and some text messages to confirm then reconfirm. I was already expecting all that, but it was nice that they sent a text to warn me that their parking lot would be under construction so to plan ahead to look for street parking. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Heartland. The one thing that stands out the most is compassion. It's easy to tell the difference between someone who really cares and someone just going through the motions. I am so grateful to have found this place and I would recommend them to anyone. First time ever coming to this location, I usually see my regular doctor at another Heartland location, I just had to come for a specialist. What amazed me the more was the hospitality of a nice generous nurse I believe her name is Tiffany. Her and Doctor Voye the gynecologist think I spelled it right. Anyways they were both amazing and very attentive. I really appreciate the care they provided me on my first visit.
