Excellent care. Friendly and professional staff.
This place is my health provider, and since last 6 months I tried to contact my PCP but failed due to she is busy to contact me. My healthcare contact (Ellen) promised me to connect me with my doctor on Friday, June 11,2021 at 12:00 pm. I waited her a solid two hours, but nobody called me. Today(July 21/2021) I called directly to my PCP office, and the operator told me that the doctor is too busy to contact me today. She asked me if I wanted to leave a message. Employed an incompetent doctor whom SLEPT with a patient in the 90s, to treat and diagnosis the most vulnerable of individuals. Shame on you!
I am giving this place 5 stars for the blood nurse who is kind ,polite and very knowledgable. my uncle is a very sick man and fears needles but ever since the blood nurse began working here my uncle looks forward to going to his appointments. The place can use a little cleaning but otherwise Trilogy is outanding
