Terrible. Nobody answers the phone. Very questionable medical care. Located inside Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare main building. No wonder this clinic is poor if it is being run by Trilogy which over the years has really gone downhill. All Trilogy cares about is stealing as much money as possible from the state of Illinois.Stay away from this clinic and Trilogy

This place is my health provider, and since last 6 months I tried to contact my PCP but failed due to she is busy to contact me. My healthcare contact (Ellen) promised me to connect me with my doctor on Friday, June 11,2021 at 12:00 pm. I waited her a solid two hours, but nobody called me. Today(July 21/2021) I called directly to my PCP office, and the operator told me that the doctor is too busy to contact me today. She asked me if I wanted to leave a message. Employed an incompetent doctor whom SLEPT with a patient in the 90s, to treat and diagnosis the most vulnerable of individuals. Shame on you!
