RecommendedLove the doctors. My whole family get medical care at Heartland. However, making an appointment or trying to reach the doctor is almost impossible. I hate their phone system. Nobody evey picks up. How am I supposed to make an appointment or reschedule? Please work on this!!!!!!!!

They can charge you for a visit if you're 20 minutes late, but having you wait in the lobby for over 50 minutes(so far), it's no big deal 🤷🏻♂️
The state and the medical licensing board need to visit this clinic for HIPPA violations, lack of patient care from some of the physicians who seem to only care about billing the insurance companies endless on patient'needs. I have a hard time making appointments to fit my schedule because the doctor constantly overbooks so they can spend less time with their patients while making money by seeing a lot of patients and billing their insurance. When did medical assistant start calling patients with lab results? Shouldn’t this be against HIPA Laws?! I’m in the process of removing my children and myself from this place.
The staff is amazing and very helpful and the clinic itself is very clean and organized
My boys were seen in about 5 minutes after we arrived and registered very friendly receptionists
