Poor communication with residents
I live out of town like 7 hrs away and my Aunt is in there and she means the world to me and she has called me in the middle of the night cause she can't get the staff in there so I have called too tell them that is when they ANSWER..... I HAVE CALLED 3 TIMES IN LAST 20 MIN AND STILL NOT ANSWERING......�����
This facility is great! Wonderful people and excellent care. The administrator's a great guy with a passion for what they do. Their admissions director has such a big heart for those she serves with many resources to help you or a loved one get or find the care you need. I highly recommend this facility for rehab and/or Long Term Care!!
I've been here a little over a week. The staff is great. Have no complaints. Hope to go home this week.
My Daddy was there one night and took him out the next morning. Rude staff, smell of urine, unprofessional and didn't seem to care about any of the patients.
A warm atmosphere with warm employees, and a nice facility!
