RecommendedMy mother was at Heartland Healthcare Center in Ann Arbor for almost a month. I cannot say enough good things about the excellent care she received. The nurses, aides and cleaning staff were so kind and caring. I am grateful she spent her last days at this facility.
my cousin has been here for a while. ice machine has been broke since before she came. 2 glasses of water both dated from yesterday. Its noon and no water delivered today. staff friendly but not very helpful. pretty much the visitors are taking care of the people
Worst place in history to put your loved one in a nursing facility. I have a loved one in the nursing facility and I can hear all the things my loved ones neighbor is saying. A nurse had slapped a resident in the face with a dirty towel saying it was clean. It really was NOT clean! She doesn’t have any clean wash clothes hand towels or towels to dry herself off with. My dad was there about 4 years ago and they were wonderful with him. Now he’s back there after being in the hospital for four months and once again they have been wonderful with him. The staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions. It’s definitely not home but they make it the best they can.
My grandma recently was moved to heartland from the hospital for rehabilitation. She has only shared with us good comments about the care she is receiving as a patient. From what we have seen the staff are very caring for their patients and family members. They have gone over and above during this transition. Thank you
