Thank you for all you do!! Kudos for the amazing job you did caring for everyone during our recent hurricane. I was able to check on my mother in person and by phone and also after the storm had passed received a call to reassure me of everyone's safety ( when phone lines down)... Keep up the great care!!!
Spent 4 weeks at the one on Sawyer Rd in Sarasota. Just came home July 22, 2016. Staff is very friendly and compassionate and therapy programs are very good. However, the food is terrible, and the maintenance is definitely lacking! Had to ask several times for my bathroom to be cleaned over a period of several days, and the floors were only cleaned 2 times in the 4 weeks I was there. If I ever need rehab again I will for sure NOT go there. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable.
