My mom passed away one week of being there. One week! She was there for rehab for a minimal back surgery. They didn’t check on her , overmedicated her with anxiety medicine. Left her in her room alone and didn’t answer the call light. This is a horrific place and it should be shut down

4 month ago This place is the worst I ever put my mom in the rehab. My mom waited 2 hours for held and had no answered at all. The old women next to us called 4 time she said can not breath at all waited 3 hours and the nurse gave her a pills .She died in the rehab. This the worst place I ever put my mom in there

NO, NO, NO. I sent you a contact message over a week ago. This was regarding a lost denture at your facility. I called and talked to the party handling the matter and was told everything was being taken care of, that was last week. I called again today and was told the same and given the name of the dental facility. I call that facility (Coast Dental), Clark Rd, they have no idea of Heartland making me an appointment. This company is awful...they do not take care of its patients or its employees. All they care about is their profit margin because they are bankrupt. Poor customer service, poor employee treatment. God awful place

I would never send a family member here, nor would I recommend it to anyone. While some staff were good, the majority do not provide even adequate care. Call lights go unanswered, maintenance issues take days to get resolved. On top of poor patient care, numerous staff have been mistreated with no regards by the higher ups. Awful company.

By far the worst Healthcare System I've ever been in I would not recommend this place even for a dog twice in one day they almost gave me me the wrong medicines I know which medicines I take I've been taking them for over 12 years everyday they didn't even follow my doctor's orders in less than 24 hours I walk out this far the worst place I've ever seen I do not recommend it at all at 5401 Sawyer Road Sarasota Florida and now I'm waiting for a call from corporate office so I can put a complaint in there

Thank you to all your nurse they are all wonderful. Thank you fir taking care of me after my double knee replacement. And my boyfriend who had colon cancer.
