As the granite fabricators and installer for ProSource we were extremely disappointed with the work. Installers came, installed the stone in the kitchen and bathroom but left before installing 2 small pieces in the kitchen because they showed up late and wanted to go home. They said they’d be back the next business day but after the contractor called we find out the installers will be off all week. Everyone on here who raves about Pam is telling the truth! Her and heartland Granite are amazing! I know she has much larger customers, but when I had a little odd project and everyone else in town thumbed their nose at me, Pam listened, helped me figure out a solution. She located additional quartz to match and since it wasn’t a large job, she graciously was able to fit me into the schedule as her team had time to work on it. Other shops were all about the over the top salespeople who wanted a million details along with your contractor info to provide a quote. Walking into Heartland was such a relief as Pam listened to what we wanted, answered all of our questions, and turned a quote around in no time. The price was significantly better than the competition. There were a couple of small hiccups with the install but they were remedied quickly. The countertops are beautiful. I highly recommend Heartland.
