Heartland Garage failed. Their concrete contractor took all of 6 weeks to install 3 sides of foundation and a slab. The slab was poured with the pitch going the wrong way. The rain water comes into the garage, not out. Back filling of the foundation was done incorrectly. Inside of the foundation was supposed to be ALL STONE. Outside was Not compacted. Overall great experience with our exterior garage build
Heartland garage did an amazing job!!! Andrew went over every detail of the project beforehand and there were no surprises. I was shown options that I did not even know existed to ensure that my garage turned out exactly how I wanted it. Heartland was easy to work with and I recommend them to anyone who wants to build a custom garage.
My wife and I determined that we needed a new detached garage this year due to structural issues with our old garage. After meeting with 6 garage companies, we decided to select Heartland Garage Builders and we were so glad we did.
