I had problems with my truck not sure what it was, heartland service team figured it out and it was done well and a week ahead of schedule. Thanks heartland ford service.
I always use Heartland ford for diagnostic and repair on my truck. My two main service members I dela with are Zach and Kathy and both are always very accommodating and help me with my hectic schedule and last minute requests. The direct line of communication through text messages is a great bonus instead of having to call in for questions or dialogue.
Disappointed is an understatement, lying to customers is dead wrong, my blood pressure was high and my tolerance for this is low. Booked in for the Works, tire rotation and wheel alignment, for 8:45am 03112025. Upon arrival, it was like they didn't even know what I was booked in for. Took 20 minutes to get me processed. The service advisor was accommodating when I asked for a low beam passenger side bulb replacement, LED if possible. A series of unfortunate events led to my visiting Heartland Ford. I wasn’t the easiest customer to deal with. They listened to me, let me cry. Intervened with insurance company issues & loan payout requests. Even assisted with getting the vehicle insured. They did everything possible to ensure I had a vehicle. I’ve never had such a positive experience at a dealership. Heartland Ford took care of me. Thank you for getting me back on the road. I appreciate the help and going above and beyond.
