Awesome experience! Called from Memphis about a used Mustang on a Friday. They were very patient and helpful on the phone - no rush job or pressure so I was confident about driving up the next morning...and glad I did. They could've played hardball since I was 3 hours from home but did not. They were still willing to deal and everyone I talked with there was polite and helpful. It's hard to find customer service like this anymore!
I live about an hour and a half away from Heber Springs so I decided I would get everything out of the way when it comes to pesky negotiation before I got there. In my emails with the sales person I had requested my sales tax be included in my financing and it was no problem. Signed the paperwork, took home my new car, and three weeks later received a copy of my paperwork in the mail. Got to looking over the paperwork and the sales tax was not financed in.
