Heartland has some of the nicest and most caring people on staff!
After confusing different accounts between my account and my husband's a few times, failing to cancel a lost credit card as requested, accidentally canceling my debit card instead which was NOT requested, failing to ever receive the ordered cards long overdue, ordered a second time and having them sent to their corporate office, losing the debit card between their two offices which they informed me had finally arrived and for which I made a 40 minute trip to retrieve, failing to close the account as requested and arranged fo... read more
When it comes to phone service you can barely hear the teller if you're lucky enough to get through. We've been on hold for over 30 minutes with "one caller" ahead of us. Get more people to work the phones on Saturday or how about you be like other credit unions and banks and have longer hours on Saturday and walk in hours.
