Had a great experience opening my account today love this place and their services
This is the absolute worst bank. I contacted the bank several times regarding my loan and was pushed off and had to take time off work to go into the bank during their hours and demand to speak with someone at which time I was thrown off my the banker, Jeff, to speak to someone over the phone named Krista who also tried to throw me off on the teller. I was forced to buy a new car due to my old car having a blown engine! This was our first experience with Heartland to get a loan for our car and it was such an easy process! Ashley took great care of us and made the process of buying a new car a little less stressful �
I always go to the Piqua Branch and have for many years! They are all very helpful and very friendly! Had my car loan through another credit union, and had nothing but problems with them! So I switched it over to Heartland! The process was very simple & quick! Ashley & Danielle get a two thumbs up from me!!! Piqua Heartland you ROCK!
Easiest vehicle purchase I have ever been through. Paper work and process was much more simple than any typical bank loan. Ashley made our process a breeze with her knowledge and quick number crunching that saved us a ton on interest. All our future new car purchases will go through this credit union!
