This was my first time going to see Dr. Hess. She was very nice, polite, & knowledgeable. She took the time to ask me if I had questions several times, & answered all my questions. Her staff was very polite & helpful. Helped me pick out some lenses without hovering over me. I even got a pair of sunglasses because of a deal Dr. Hess has. I loved it there & will refer everyone there as well as staying a patient. I can't wait to get my glasses.
