My experience with my new home purchase at DR Horton was absolutely wonderful. Cassandra and Diane are fabulous to work with, are extremely supportive, detail oriented and welcoming professionals. Greatly appreciated working with them in this process. Shawn was also extremely responsive in the mortgage process and very easy to work with.
Diane over at tribute trails with DR Horton was lovely to work with! She takes her time and fully engages in all aspects of the buying process.
Poor customer service. Very rude and disrespectful. Got up early this morning and drove 40 minutes all the way over there to get 1 foot in the door and Diane, which was one of the sales representative immediately said I'm sold out not even let me completely make it through the door as if she was telling me not to even come in. I told her she was very rude for that. No good morning or anything just we sold out so I left and said sorry for wasting your time.
