The truck shop is incompetent. Can't do their jobs to save their life, tried to get bunk heater fixed while they did a pm service. Was told they'd send the truck near the drivers lounge so id know its ready but instead they brought it to the shop entrance, nowhere close to a line of sight from the drivers lounge.
