Terrible and unwilling to help customer service
We have been using Heartland for over a year now for our propane services, and we could not be happier! When we first moved into our current home, we called them about using their propane services. They came out quickly and checked everything to make sure it was working correctly. They then asked if we wanted to be put on their schedule for automatic refills. They get notified when our tank hits a certain level, and they come out to automatically refill it, then send us a bill. Of course, we said yes, and we have never been ... read more
Went to two places identified by Google as refilling propane tanks, neither did. Called Mark at Heartland to find out before going there. Very helpful, informative, courteous.
