Took care of my problem right away.
Excellent and timely service, again. Transparent and affordable prices. Roger remembered me! He helped me with video calling equipment, too, and got everything set-up. I told my nieces and nephew too. Once-a-year computer check-up: Okay. Thank-you Heartland Computer in Omaha.
You guys ruined my computer. Your job was to simply fix my my power button crack issue, not mess up my computer's operating system. Now my computer is laggy at times, and has a battery system that runs out in 1 1/2 hours then dies around 30%. Guys, if you ever want to fix your computer, do not come to this shop. These guys are unqualified and aren't worth your money and they'll just make your devices run even worse.
Heartland is a very good place to take problem computers . The lady who helped me was straight up honest with me and when she wasnt able to pull anything she put me in the direction of a place that might .. I would use them again if needed
Wonderful experience with Heartland Computer. They're very kind and informed. I had called for a specific item all around town, and they are the only store where they knew exactly what I was talking about and had it on hand. They had a great selection, were very prompt, and gave me a fair price. Would recommend!
