I just came into Heartland Computer and had outstanding service from Scott. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with his advice and service.
I was lied to by the staff here about them being able to replace parts on my pc. The staff has no idea what they're doing. Cable management was terrible and having random cpu issues i never had until i brought my pc here. It took 3 weeks for them to upgrade my pc with parts i brought. Do not let these people touch your pc. They will over charge you for terrible work.
Having Roger work on my laptop was the best decision I have made. He is very knowledgeable, knows the computer, inside and out, and his customers come first. He goes out of his way to ensure his customers are happy with the outcome of his work.
I need to update my computer and they were very helpful in explaining why i should upgrade to window 11 and why i didn't need to upgrade at this time.
