My husband and I attempted to get a second opinion from Heartland. I say attempted because the secretary couldn’t spell “alumni” so I never received my email to fill out my history. They kept harassing me about filling out my information on their app. I finally called and got an email sent. After finishing my information they continued to harass me about getting my records from the other fertility specialist.
