My husband and I attempted to get a second opinion from Heartland. I say attempted because the secretary couldn’t spell “alumni” so I never received my email to fill out my history. They kept harassing me about filling out my information on their app. I finally called and got an email sent. After finishing my information they continued to harass me about getting my records from the other fertility specialist. RecommendedAmazing team! My husband and I drove from Manhattan, KS to come here and are so grateful for ALL the care we had here. We're now expecting our first baby in 3 months!! Every single person, from the front desk, to the nurses, the doctors, and Jo in billing/finance, was always so great to work with, quick to respond, and truly cared. Dr. Maclin & Dr. Gustin are simply the best!
Dr. Maclin is awesome! She is so knowledgeable and kind. She did my endometriosis surgery and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She made me feel so comfortable and her team took amazing care of me!
I owe everything to Heartland. The staff is so wonderful and gracious. Every interaction I had was caring and thorough. I have 3 beautiful children, one 4 year old and 5 month old twins. My amazing family was possible because of the incredible doctors and nurses. Ive never trusted a doctor more than Dr. Maclin. I’m grateful, and you will be too.
I am filled with gratitude for all that Dr. Maclin and the staff at Heartland did for me and my family. What stands out the most was our first appointment. I was so anxious and terrified of getting more bad news that I didn’t even want to go but I am so glad I did. All of my records were sent over prior to the appointment. Just starting the ivf process and having to get all the testing done. Had to have a painful procedure and the staff was so understanding and kind and didn’t make me feel bad for crying or for my anxiety surrounding it. Dr. Maclin has an amazing bedside manner as well and all the staff is just wonderful and awesome. I really feel like I’m in good hands here. We have our 2 year old because of these staff members! they are always pleasant and caring when you call. I never feel nervous when talking to them. I would recommend this facility to anyone! thank you all!
Not a day goes by, where I don’t think of and am most grateful for the staff at Heartland Reproductive Medical Center! Today marks the birth of our beautiful daughter 6 years ago, thanks to all their hard work and caring hearts!
