The lady answering the phone in the reception area was SO RUDE when I called to try and get help. Really discouraging. People who work in these places should actually want to be there, not hate the world and everyone in it.
The supervisor at Heartland is very rude. I do not suggest using this place! They will not help you in any way! They are all in for them selves and not in for helping patients like their supposed too! I wouldn't even give them a 1 star but it makes you so I had too!
Changed my life. Made me huge.
