I haven't really had any problem with them there in person this review is mainly about can't get ahold of anybody on the phone I was calling about my bill because Aetna messed it up for some reason it didn't pay it then I called Aetna they paid it so I called heartland to tell them that it would be paid spent two days trying to get hold of somebody their AI give me the wrong information you have to listen to AI waste your time for about 5 minutes before transfer to an agent and then I was on hold half an hour finally I press... read more
The doctors and nurses makes you feel welcome and are pleasant to speak to they also are very informative and helpful with patients
