I hope I never need a cardiologist. I certainly would never pick Heartland. Their waiting room is like a cattle slaughter plant. Herding you in and then all you hear is old people yelling they don’t know how to use the mandatory iPad to update information. Which is ridiculous. Instead of updating your current health status and asking about my change of health, it asks my 90 year old mother whether she is currently pregnant or going through menopause, but not questions about heart palpitations etc. No thanks.
Awesome staff
This place needs a new office manager. DO NOT SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS IF YOUR DOCTORS CANT SEE MORE THAN 1 PATIENT PER HOUR. How anyone has the time and patience to sit for 1-1.5 hours for a scheduled apt is beyond me. Please respect your patients’ time.
