I got to my Appointment at 12:40 for a 1:00 appt I went to the desk and checked in. She said it looks like you didn’t check in ahead of time so you need to fill this out and bring it up to the desk so I did that when I got finished I took it up to the desk, she wasn’t there the girl next to her said I could just leave it there so I did.
